    Default Toyota Vitz Owners/Fan Club

The purpose of this post is to gauge the interest in forming a Toyota Vitz Owners Club in different cities of Pakistan. As we all know that Vitz has become quite popular in the last year or so. More and more people are buying it or are interested to know more about it. The purpose of the club would be to share technical / operational information regarding the car. As well as help fellow members with different issues regarding the everyday running of the car. There would be regular meets and get together as well as cruises. The criteria to join the club would be to own a Vitz and a desire to help and share information with fellow members. I myself am based in Karachi, so I can take the lead in taking off this project here. Other can do the similar thing in their respective cities. If there is enough interest, a formal charter / by-laws would be issued with club rules and regulation as well as its mission statement. The club would operate under the same rules & conditions as other international car clubs. To take this project off the ground, I believe 10 people in each city would be the minimum requirement. If anyone from Karachi is interested in being a part of this club, please email me at danyal1@hotmail.com. Pakwheelers from other cities can share their email addresses under this post if they are willing to take the lead for their respective cities. I hope to this see become a success someday and a model for other to follow. LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN GUYS!!!

It seems you are thinking about buying a vitz....I think Vitz can sustain some bad roads but you should drive carefuly on those roads. Remember Vitz isn't the 4x4 jeep. Just show some respect it deserves and it won't disappoint you. If you have not set your eyes on the vitz, I would suggest to go for Rolla 2005-08.....not that its very strong but just that d its maintenance and repairs is a bit easier.

I had aluminium packing in my car and it was durable.. 5 or 6 days in a month is not bad if you drive carefully. Just change your tyres to some soft tyres as the tyres comes with the car are very hard. Yokohama DNA Ecos300 are very good if you want to drive on bad roads. You will feel less jumps as these tyres take half of the impact on them and half on the shocks so less damage to the car.

195/60/15 and 185/70/14 both have the same radius(24.2") and they will provide the same road clearance. Their comparison..
    185/70/14
Bigger side wall meaning more comfortable.
Less damage to suspension and rims in case of hitting a jump hard
No need to spend extra money to change the rims.
    Don't look very pretty..
Better handling in a rainy day as they are less wider meaning more cutting through water

    195/60/15
    They look great!!
Better handling in dry conditions due to less side walls and wider
Not so comfortable on bad roads
Bad control on high speed where water is about 2" deep
Expensive.. Tyres alone and also you need to change the rims as well.
What tyres are you using now? I suggest you to change the tyres to 185/70/14 alongwith Al packing in rear tyres. As said by Mortal, you will get better road clearance than Gli. Dont get the packing in front wheels as by doing so you gonna loose the road grip and on sharp turns at high speed, its not safe.
And vitz is not as fragile as you are thinking.. Its a very nice and durable car.. It does not shake on Motorway when going at 140kms/h whereas Honda city is only good upto 120kms/h.. After that speed you must be a very good driver to control it.

haha.. it wasn't a challenge bro.. Just meant that as far as my experience is, he is the best in Lahore. My friend's vigo door was hit by a bike badly. We went to a nearest denter and he made it worse. Then someone recommended us Javed autos and we went there. The guy there said you shouldn't have gone to that denter as its more difficult to make it like new again because of hammer spots but i will try my best. He started working.. It was metallic grey colour and then he also put it in the oven. When he was finished, door was just like before. Not a single dent and spot and the reflections were even through out the front and back door. If the driver itself cant tell the difference then its just perfect.
Now a days even brand new cars from showrooms are painted...

Can u tell the ratio of water and the cleaning solution?
