    Default Toyota Vitz Owners/Fan Club

The purpose of this post is to gauge the interest in forming a Toyota Vitz Owners Club in different cities of Pakistan. As we all know that Vitz has become quite popular in the last year or so. More and more people are buying it or are interested to know more about it. The purpose of the club would be to share technical / operational information regarding the car. As well as help fellow members with different issues regarding the everyday running of the car. There would be regular meets and get together as well as cruises. The criteria to join the club would be to own a Vitz and a desire to help and share information with fellow members. I myself am based in Karachi, so I can take the lead in taking off this project here. Other can do the similar thing in their respective cities. If there is enough interest, a formal charter / by-laws would be issued with club rules and regulation as well as its mission statement. The club would operate under the same rules & conditions as other international car clubs. To take this project off the ground, I believe 10 people in each city would be the minimum requirement. If anyone from Karachi is interested in being a part of this club, please email me at danyal1@hotmail.com. Pakwheelers from other cities can share their email addresses under this post if they are willing to take the lead for their respective cities. I hope to this see become a success someday and a model for other to follow. LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN GUYS!!!

Go to a A/C specialist and ask him to check the A/C compressor pulley assembly for creating abnormal noise.
Ask him to disable the A/C drive (temporarily if possible) and then check for the abnormal noises.

N Yes v rightly said the same is mentioned on the door sticker.
Thnx a lot bro wil try to replace thm as soon as i get some extra cash.
Does the year of production also have an effect on it? Mine is manufactured in 2011. Are the old/expired??
Actually, when you purchase a new tire you are supposed to check the date of manufacture( on tire side wall) and it should be a fresh piece not more than 6 months old.
Next is the tread depth measurement and tire visual inspection to carry out a replacement or not.
When you have plans to purchase let me know, I shall guide you how to and what to check.

The top brands are as under:

    1) Michellin
    2) Bridgestone

Try buying Michellin. Next is Bridgestone. I think you get Bridgestone Ecopia in Pakistan. Try getting European manufacture or Taiwan for Ecopia.
If you get European manufacturing (Spain etc.) it's best but a fresh piece not more than 6 months old. This is the rule of thumb. Try getting even fresher piece, perhaps 3 months old.
Buy radial A-symmetry tyres. Ensure your rim width is of the right size to fit in the required tire size. I think I have guided you earlier on this.
I personally like Bridgestone Turanza, but it's difficult to get a fresh piece in Pakistan. Michellin are the top most brand in the world, and are costly.
