Default Need Help Urgent - Vitz 2001 Heating Up after Radiator Change?

So my car got into an accident and the radiator was damaged. I changed it by buying a new radiator. I noticed after some days some boiled water on the floor under the car which i ignored because red light never showed up. The car had been burning the water. After some days while driving real slow i noticed the light and a taxi wala made the fan direct due to which the green light and engine check light wont go away. can you help me why this is happening. Engine was never damaged in the first place so cant be engine problem it must be a radiator issue, but the radiator is also new. With direct fan i havent seen water boil issue but still i am very worried because i have already spent a huge amount on the car. It was all fine before the accident i have gone to places like nathia gali with ease and no heating up. engine was in best condition.

Last week i was on motorway when my car heated up and made me suffferrr alot on the way to abbotabad from lahore. Befire that I got my Radiator checked flushed with acid(slightly) and reinstalled. In abbotabad the radiator walas guided me that first of all get a new radiator cap and then look for another problem.
I went to Toyota Abbot motors and told the Guy my opinion. The guy just took a cap off a Corolla Xli standing there and tried on my Platz, and we went for a ride. I changed it and went to naran and back to lahore, alhamdolillah without any heating up.

So it was only a Cap that caused me so much trouble,

This happened to me as well, I changed Radiator Cap with a new one and car started heating up. After lots of experiments, I changed the cap with a kabli one, Now its working perfect.
Caps, sometime do not perform their actual function and don't throw and take water/steam to water bottle and vice-versa, as a result radiator doesnt work properly
