did you do an acid clean yet?

this can be many things, leak somewhere causing foaming, bad water pump, bad head gasket. btw WHY did you run this engine cooling system on plain water?

Xulfiqar bhai good coolant isnt cheap , i m continously changing water after 3 to 4 days bcoz of rusty water. when i see no rust then i put coolant .
how to check water pump. bcoz every mechanic have its own theory and they want to practical on your car.

Brother it seems that your engine gasket is leaking. In running engine there should be no bubbles in radiator water, get your car check from some good mechanic as this problem will cease your engine and you will hav to complete overhaul it. Also note the color of smoke from exhaust when car is heatup. if it is white then it sure that gasket is leak and water is coming out from exhaust.

brother picture is clear indication of head gasket and cylinder head problem because of over heating. 100% sure. this is not water pump problem.
