Exclamation Few of the issues I am facing with Vitz.. Please guide ASAP

    Salam PakWheelers,
I have '07 Vitz (facelift) version with 1kr-fe engine. After last tuning from Toyota Multan Motors, I have been facing few issues which I didn't when I have it done there last time (in August).
    Things that were done:

1- Throttle body removed & cleaned.
2- MAF Sensor (or something similar) was removed & cleaned.
3- Air filter was removed & cleaned (New Installed in December)
4- Plugs were removed & cleaned (I have installed Iridium last August)

It worked fine for couple of days, pick & no knocking but suddenly its feeling heavy, taking a lot of power to accelerate & knocking is some what increased at lower speeds (when accelerator is pushed). The only that got changed after tuning was, I got it filled with Total Fuel (which I use on regular basis).

    Issues are:
1- Very heavy, taking a lot of load to accelerate
2- Making a lot of sound as if I am asking a lot of power from it
    3- Knocking a lot.

Another issue is electrical, sometimes, all electrical things in the car including headlights, original japanese player, internal lights gets restart (just a flicker). Sometimes, when I self the car, it goes dead, than I have to push battery a little & then it works :s Battery was tested and it was about 11.45v instead of 12 which should not be very much an issue.

These all issues started with in a week & I have no idea what to do, specially under powered car

BTW, engine oil was replaced in December too, used the last one, Shell Helix Ultra, Oil Filter was changed as well.

    Please guide.

    Thanks!!!

Thanks for the suggestions. Catalytic converter, is that the one in Silencer? Or somewhere else? Who is the right person to check it?

Power Steering, Indicators etc are all linked to battery? Today, when I was taking a U turn, Steering went from Power to Mehran like, but when tired got straight, it was back to normal. I am going to change battery tomorrow from liquid to dry one. Will it fix this issue or something else is causing issue?

like the word says O2 sensor, at exhaust manifold analyse the exhaust gases and feed the variation to ecu controling the air fuel mixture ratio over injectors. like you can see few sensors in the diagram, so a malfunctioning / dead O2 sensor results in what your car is suffering from

xulfiqar & ser_gtr are right people to tell you more in detail about sensors and am simply a tool boy absorbing hear-say playing ustaad when real Ustaad is away parts laynay gaya hai

at page 3 figure of engine there is ONLY 1 sensor (the bottle type item is cat convertor) at exhaust manifold and that need to be changed because that is THE O2 sensor likely culprit
