Thumbs up Toyota Vitz 2006 heavy Knocking and Bad fuel milage issue Solved.

    Hi every one.
Well it is a long time since I had posted some Thread related to maintance.
The below mentioned Vitz Was suffering from the Heavy knock issue and Bad fuel Milage problem. As now a day's all of the JDM vehicle owner's are facing this problem each day.

Upon our diagnosis It was revealed that the Primary Oxygen sensor was faulty (There was no CEL ) But we diagnosed it upon brief analysis . So the Old One replaced with the new one and the problem is gone now.
Here I had to mention that many Local mechanic's and some other respected member's suggest to pour Hi-Octane to supperess that knock. But we did the Maintance and replace the culprit part's and the vehicle perform's on normal gasoline very well with improved Acceleration and with no knock at all load condition's..

Note: Without Analyzing the vehicle a normal person cannot judge whether which part is not working so alway's get your vehicle diagnosed properly and then go fo the major part's replacement.

For more brief info PM me. Thank's
    Regard's

EC-1 device is authentic at it's place. replacing the part is totally a different thing. after the replacement it will perform better with EC-1 Device. the price varyies upon different spec's.

I am alway's been honest to my respected customer's but the EC1 is a Piggyback fuel controller to enhance the driving experince in term's of economy and acceleration if any of the EFI vehicle is not responding as it has to be so why not take the control instead of watching customer's face and only had a word (sorry sir it is the EFI vehicle there is no possibility to tune it according to your requirement) so that's why designed it and practising it sine 2012 just posted some of the result's here and all of the sudden all people's jump in with rude comment's.... no problem for me instead my customer's are happy and satisfied with there Chip's so I am happy and please stop talking like that I START TO ACT LIKE CAPTAIN AMERICA........
