Is the check engine light connected? You can draw codes if the check engine light is connected and if the ecu is showing any errors. If its not connected, the first step would be to connect it. You can connect an led to it for the time being. To find the wire for the cel, you'll need to either open the ecu or find a pinout for it. One of the pins would say 'CEL'.

The issue you're facing seems to point towards the fuel pump or the maf sensor in the aircleaner housing. How much fuel does the tank have? Try putting in more fuel to atleast fill the tank halfway. Its quite possible that the pump is not properly dipped into the fuel due to the position where its installed. The pump itself could be faulty aswell.

Congrats. I have seen the bay it looks neat.

Leave everything behind and focus on getting
    1. Check Engine Light Installed.
    2. Install ODB2 Connector.
    3. Try driving with gas tank open and then see if RPM drop.
    4. Goto Magic Motors get Fuel Pressure tested.
    5. Now what you have to do is. Buy yourself a Digital Volt Meter, Soldering Iron, Shrink Sleeves and spend one or two weeks completing and verifying the wiring and after that you will enjoy every bit of it

it seems that it is not the issue of fuel pump as i installed the fuel pump with mechanic myself and it is properly dipped and fitted no issue with fuel pump.. and today i got the Plug cleaned ..and today i noticed that some wires are not connected they are hanging in engine bay ..i will upload pics and show you ..tonight

This is the time when you have to give your darling some of your own time not money. Shrink sleeves are hollow covers on which you apply on joints rather than neeto tapes. They shrink when heated This makes the joint secure.

Tell me the ECU Number of your car.

ECU is a box of metal which is usually placed behind the stereo by these electricians.

This is an automatic transmission ECU, your engine is stuck in limp mode as the ECU cannot "see" the transmission solenoid pack and speed sensors.

Someone was being cheeky and tore the sticker off. The letter A is visible which is half of the word A/T that should be written there.

Money well wasted. You put yourself in never ending troubles and your mechanics will be happy and little rich too.

If your car is in limp mode, it wouldnt rev past 3000rpm and would be running very rich. If its not running like that, its not in limp mode and you can keep this ecu because it wont be easy to find a manual ecu but if you do find the manual one, it would be best to replace it.

Thats not the story of every swap. True, he'll go through a lot of frustration at the beginning but once he gets everything done properly, it would be worth the effort and thats how one learns.
