what is the current fuel consumption and maintenance history since purchase please share.

BTW any workshop with a Compression Tester, Torque Wrench & a Generic scan tool with Toyota software will do the job. any 1 of the item is missing , thats not a workshop at all.

Throttle area cleaning was done around a year ago,
Gear box oil was changed around 2.5 years ago
Plugs are not changed since I purchased in 2011

    Current average is around 10-11Km/Litre

I own the same car, and I get work done from a mechanic who works for a friend. I mean, he does all of my friend's cars and some other selected customers. I'd suggest you to go to Magic motors. And 10-11 is the max it gives.

respected member vehicular maintenance is not done based on number of days / weeks / months / years it is done based on running of vehicle which can be noted over odo meter.

Please do some mathematics and post the required details again.

BTW 11km / litre is very decent average for city wide running

Default Best mechanic/workshop for Vitz 2003

Today I took Vitz 2003 to Toyota Ravi Motors LHR for:

Engine tuning and IT check: 700 and after 10% discount because of taking appointment one day before, it became 630

Changing of Fuel filter (labour only): 500 and after discount 450.

Labour was not expert enough to change the fuel filter in a smooth way and takes some time to accurately adjust the fuel gauge.
