    Unhappy VITZ CNG Conversion

Hey, I wanna know what are the odds of installing a cng kit in Vitz 99-2004 model (old shape). I read quite a few articles and i cannot come up to a solution, some says it works while some are totally against it. I need you guys to help me out.
I currently have coure 2006 model, and i want to upgrade it, my price range is upto 7lakhs. Should i buy Vitz or Suzuki kei? I have to install CNG no matter which one i buy.

    Hi
I am using CNG in Vitz 2003 model since 3 years. Also two of my more friends are using CNG in 2002 and 2001 model.
And it works like a charm. Average I get in a full cylinder of 55kg is 90-100km with AC and 110-115km without AC.

when i bought my car, it had cng installed which i later took out and sold.
it works fine with absolutey no issues. but youll have to compromise on acceleration (just like in any other car).

Yes pick of the car is effected but there is no impact of CNG on AC.

Yes CNG is not as economical and efficient in new shape Vitz as in old shape.

Running CNG in 99 vitz, no issues. 130-140 local, 160-170 highway at 100kmph.

I suggest buy a petrol driven vitz and have a new kit installed from professionals (if that option is available). Do not go for older kits.

Only Punjab has CNG shortage. The people from other provinces will get in winter also.
From profile, OP is from Karachi, therefore no problem of CNG availability for him.

Yes I face this issue ONLY if I keep the car's AC ON when the car is static means it is parked and for more than 5 minutes.

I believe this because of insufficient power supply because as soon as you turn off the AC, brakes become soft and powerful.

Its bcuz the bad fuel causes low rpm and at low rpm the ecu as a safety turns off all electronic like ecu , brake pressure etc
