^ Change at every 40,000 kms changing around 35-40 is even better in Pakistani dusty conditions I assume
Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.

Did you change the complete axles with new one or kabli ? if you have installed the kabli pair, then its inner teeth is sometimes not in proper shape and thus it causes the slipping of the gear when accelerate it.
Solution: Check the axles and change them again if they requires.
On the other hand, it might be your transmission but i just shared what happened to me once. Do let us know when you find the problem
    All the best!

Bro, i have consulted the problem with Mechanic, he suggested to change the gear oil and clean oil filter.
( and said , ka oil filter oil sai tarha utha nai raha )
Should i must go for axle recheck as well ?

yes axles can also cause the same issue, it feels like the gear is slipping but in real the axle teeth is slipping, once happened to me when i changed the axles of my civic and ended up replacing them. anyhow, in your case gearbox/gear oil can also be the reason, diagnose both of them..
