their might be some type of short.Tell the electrician to put each and every wire back and forget fog lights.

If the codes weren't there before messing about with the distribution box, then some wires may have gotten loose or a break might have developed internally. Could be a host of different reasons but I'd go with checking and making sure all connections are sturdy.

As for original fog-light wiring, does it go up to the bumper area where the lights are supposed to be installed? If not then it might just be a signal wire for a fog-light relay, which then gives bijli to the fogs just like a headlight relay does for the headlights. Either way he should've just used a relay and taken the fogs-on signal from the existing harness without disturbing the main distribution box.

I go to him asked him to remove fog light wiring.
He removed and gave it direct connection with headlights.
And also remove each and every wire but problem still there.

you cannot simply slap on fog lights and expect them to light up in these new cars. But now that your "elektrishann" has messed around and got you some nice error codes shining at you.

Get him to fix em - you took the car to him for a job, his attempts have messed it up - he should repair it.

While connecting the fog lamps, the electrician may have taken off some grips with the ignition switch on, which could've generated error codes and they might've been stored in the ecu and are showing up on the check engine light. You could first reset the ecu by taking off the negative terminal of the battery for a few seconds and then putting it back on and see if that clears the codes. If the codes are still there, he must have messed with the wiring or used incorrect polarity somewhere, causing a short circuit or burning something. If the electrician is useless enough to do such a thing when just connecting the fog lamps, I'd recommend you not to take it back to him to fix it as he could cause further harm to it. However, you may coerce him into coughing up the damage that he has done.

    get a ecu reset.

ask your electrician to get the car fuse box and switches and wires exactly in the previous situation again.

verify if the codes go away.

Common problem with most of JDMs. The original "damaged" bumper might have the fog lights installed but while getting it repaired here at local workshop, simple bumper is installed and painted. The wiring remain intact as the mistri might not aware of what to do with that, else it would be removed too.

These JDMs cars are sensitive and they should have be kept miles away from these auto shops which are owned and run by people who can only repair old Corollas and Suzukis.
