Default Toyota vitz 2013 milage issue

    Hi
I have bought vitz 2013 new shape 1000cc few days ago. Milage is around 12.5 km/l
Local and on long distance. using kixx synthetic oil recomended by mechanic.

I discussed with different people they are saying you milage should be 15 km/l. Need some help should this solved by computer setting adjustments? Or its oil issue?

People told me kixx is not good. If not then which is the best oil ? And can be found genuine easily? Please help

I think the mileage is fine but if you want to try something than try cleaning throttle, fuel injectors, A/C filter and check air filter and oil filter if they need to be replaced go for the genuine one and next time go for Toyota Engine Oil 5w-30

Get the base milage calibrated using toyota original software or try some 3s who can understand the techstream.
