Default Vitz interior (dashboard) lights not working

I have been facing this issue since I changed the AC Air Filter which is located behind the left dashboard panel in Vitz 2006.
The issue is, the inside lights (e.g. Gear panel lights/AC lights) don't turn on even after I switch them on from the handle behind the steering.

I got it fixed once few weeks back, the electrician removed the left dashboard panel and pressed some fuse or something and the lights turned on. Couple days back it stopped working again.

    Any suggestions?

Check the fuses and some connector near the AC cabin filter might get loose, so you can check yourself too, or get it checked from some electrician.
