    Default Engine oil

I got 2nd engine oil changed to my 2011 Vitz 38000km done from Toyota 3s dealer. They have suggested & used 20w50 grade oil. Last time i used Havoline 10w30 grade and it went superb. I am confused now as if Toyota people did wrong in suggesting me the right oil. Should i drain new oil immediately to save engine and use Havoline 10w30 again? Please suggest. Thanks

Go back to toyota and slap hard their so called expert who told you to use 20w-50 & 10w-30.

The OEM recommendation is to use 0w-20. But this oil is not successful in PK.
So the best available options are

    5w-20
    0w-30
    5w-30
    SN ILSAC-5

these oils will give you best fuel economy and very long engine life with protection.
