    You can either:

    1) Install tyres with more height, I replaced my stock tyres with Yokohama Advan DB 165/65/r13 while the factory fitted tyres had a height of 60, a mere increase of 5 had a huge change in the ride height which reduces the underside collisions by a huge margin

    2) Get spacers installed between suspension, also known as suspension plates if you aren't satisfied with the above option.

Get 1 inch spacers i stalled
    But only for rear tyres
It costs 800 for the spares + labour
    Cheaper option than changing tyres...

And check tyre pressure as well - should be 30...

I had them installed immediately on getting the car - plus i drive only incity - karachi - speed 40-80 kmph range - so cant give confirmed state

But personally i don't really feel any major difference ...

And between car hitting every second speed bump and a slight reduction in drive - i choose not hitting every other bump...

Install bigger tyres than it would not touch ground . I also had done this in my vitz. Another advice for not hitting bumps is to drive the car in snake (zigzag) pattern at bumps ,it would help in not touching bumps.

Agar gari ka agla tyre easiliy nikal jata hy aur gari beech sy lagti hy to sasta solution hy ky rear shocks main spacer dalwa lo, normally 600~800 main dal jayee ga.

Agar gari ka agla tyre nikalty hi lag jati hy phir tumko charo tyres change kerny pary gy.

Default size of Tyres is generally 165 or 155, You better install 175 or 185 tyre. If will give you sufficient ground clearance. This is best soltuion.

I had installed the 1.5" spacers in the rear suspension back in 2013, it helped alot, the ride is little unstable at high speed like around 155-160 km/h, but how often do you drive that fast. So it is a good solution with minimal cost
