    A 2003 Vitz should give 18+/litre.

I think Vitz is a better option as u wud get more value for money. Lots of features that r non existent in Santro e.g., Power windows, mirrors, central locking, a reliable toyota engine, power steering, comfortable drive as well as comfortable rear seats etc etc.

Thats just my opinion, decision is urs considering ur own other concerns.

for the millionth time,.... if the CNG setup is fit properly the vitz (and any other EFI car) will run fine. it's just a misconception because local mechanics are cr*p and they couldn't do the job right. all you need is an emulator and advancer (lambda kit),....

you cannot compare the santro with the vitz, it like comparing a corolla to a C180, differnt leagues, different build quality.

STORM is right ! Its a common misconception that VVT-i engines are not upto CNG. When Altis was introduced, people said the same thing and now Vitz was the Victim of some special barking of some special people.

Even mechanics who dont know how to work on EFi CNG cars are telling their customers not to buy a EFi car on CNG as it has problems. This is all WRONG!

EFi cars run better on CNG than Carby cars.. ie. if done using original equipment and experienced mechanics.
