    Default Info Needed About Temp Guage of Vitz

    HELLO GUYZ MY COUSIN HAS BOUGHT A 2004 VITZ YESTERDAY N V COULDN'T FIND ITS TEMP GAUGE IN THE METERS ITS A DIGITAL METER N B4 STARTING WHEN V SWITCH ON THE SULF TEMP GAUGE APPEARS BUT IT DISAPPEARS AFTER STARTING THE CAR.
    SO INFO NEEDED ABT HOW 2 CHECK THE TEMP OF CAR WHILE DRIVING???

    Vitz with digital meters do not have temperature gauges. It only has a warning light which is bluish when we start the engine and disappears when engine is hot enough. It would appear red when your engine is dangerously hot. So be careful driving a Vitz for temperature issues.Cheers.

    I think when engine will be hot enough then the temp light will be on.

    correct me if i am wrong.

    Yes.. when it is red then it means that your car is very hot. You should shutt off your A/C, stop your car, shutt the engine off and wait for radiator to cool down. Wait for 10 to 15 minutes. Start the car and see wether red light is on or not. If it is on then shut your car again and put some water on your radiotor before opening the cap. If problem persists then call a mechanic.
