Check if your CNG Regulator and CNG Cylinder has some oil in it. Secondly check :
    Air filter
    Plugs
    Plug wires
    Throttle Body
B/c having all these part even in 45 % condition would be good enought for petrol. I am 100% sure there is no sensor issue with your ride. If you were in khi i would have taken you to my machenic

I don't know whts the problem in your case. The low pick in the beginning is quite common, for that you need to frequently tune it on perfect settings thts it.

Maybe you should try the following.

    1. Get the throttle body serviced.
    2. Change the plugs
    3. Get your CNG kit fully serviced and also the cylinder if possible.
    4. Oil change along with all the filters

heres what else u can do but i dont know which will solve ur problem:

the O2 sensor is okay i thnk. u need an O2 sensor emulator. i dont know from where u can get it...

take ur car to any electrician u trust or toyota ppl and tell them to bypass O2 sensor.... see what happens...

take catalytic convertor out if its not taken out already...

plz tell the brand names of the components u r using... maybe u r not using the right ones.

    @susman_mukhtar
Kuch exp. ki basis par keh raha hon apna Cng cylinder aur Kit dono khulwa kar service karwao oil hoga us main lazmi.
Plugs check karlo agar zarorat hai to replace karoo.
Air Filter to change hi kardoo
Plug wires ko check karwana electrition say zarorat ho to badal daina aur gari ki throttle body khulwa kar usko carb cleaner say dhulwa kar fit karwa doo aur phir CNG setting kara loo sab set hogayega

Was the problem since the start of CNG installation?
Is your car back firing, does the air filter get holes in it like it has melted ?

Hmm! since the car is fine on petrol it suggests that all the sensors r working fine or with in their specified range.

Because the problem lies in the acceleration while the
stock ignition map is in use, it looks like the mixture is wrong. Rich/lean both would bog the car's acceleration down.........The reasons of wrong misture:
    1. wrong inputs of sensors
    2. Wrong setting of the power T

    1. wrong inputs means faulty sensor but if that would had ben the case then the car should not be working fine on petrol also. but the advancer's issue should not be ignored in this matter.

    2. The T can only be adjusted through the software of the kit provider.

Make sure that the unit is not getting an extra rich signal from the o2 while the car is in lean condition actually.

there is no need to change o2 sen just tell us about your cng system which brand is instalde in ur ride or try to tune it with oregnal softwaer cause some lambda systems softwers can show fult code in dignostic culam or check that staper motor near air intacke may not working properly for check try to replsce with new one some time its not working completely so not proper cng pass throw it to engine intake.

    yes yes igot ur prob
the same thing happened with my platz a/t
wat u need is to go to the shop at beginning of choburji mrkt as u hav been rold, he would take only 200 or 300 and service ur o2 sensor. then u may notice a great increase pick and smoother switchin to cng after startin
im 100% sure it will fix ur prob fully.
or e mail me i will tell u in detail
I used to want to change the world. Now I just want to leave the room with a little dignity.

Your O2 sensor is fine if there are no issues on petrol. O2 sensor controls the air/fuel mixture therefore works with injectors ... when using cng the car does not use the injectors. so O2 is fine.

    As mentioned by others above.

Get oil removed from your cng tank and kit.

look for air leaks in the cng piping. Air leaks means there is more air and less gas going in the engine which will not make it run as well as it should.

check your spark plugs, air filter.

    you should see improvement.

    good luck.
