Do u think a person spending 10 lakh for brand new car can compromise on a jdm with reversed mileage or even dont know parts easily available or not and the last thing who will guarantee that car has original paint? Or will he buy the JDM model with never ending tension the very next day he spent almost 10 lakh rupees and found this part has to be replaced with the new one which is not confirmed that it will be available or even not?

If u think u have spare money for spending plzz go and get JDM model with ugly shape "specially talking abt wagon R jdm model comparing PKDM model"
Not every jdm is reversed. the point people are trying to make is if u are going to buy a dabba why not the one that's built better, and if some one has 10 to buy a car he can spent a few more for Better option

Meter reversing is the only argument JDM haters have. People there are several graded cars being imported as well by people such as @Sharabhi who operate on a very minimum profit margin but provide quality cars.

I own a Prius which costs 2.7 million there are several people who do not like and indulge in hate speech openly but I'm not harmed because everyone has their own point of view looking at things.

Fuel consumption is approx same calculated twice its 15.5 km/hr with full A/c in city and 17.4 km/hr with full A/c on M1 and M2 Motorway.
Thankyou for your valuable input...will suspension take hit if we opt for wider tires? your is 175 or 170?? i seen 175 pops out from the rim it feels like pressure has been applied in the middle

175/70/r13 is the common profile, yes its pop out but slightly, suspension hmm i don't think it will effect much, it is not very heavy with OEM rim.

That is right, everyone has their own reasons to like or dislike it, we have it and we are loving it, no need to force anybody to like Wagon R.

Meter reversing, accidental, High cost of parts, High fuel consumption, High price for Passo 2010+ and Vitz 2010+ good grades, Even 30000 km is high mileage for someone looking for new vehicle, Being old high insurance cost or low recovery in case of loss, Less mechanic and electrician available (High cost of labor).

Being said that, What I am suggesting is to own a JDM one has to compromise above things. Build quality of Wagon R is good, better than cultus and alto anyday, comparable to swift.

Another point is none of the haters here owned it or carefully driven it, who ever owned it or test driven it never dislike its drive, ac, engine noise, suspension, seating position, inner space, great mileage. Nevertheless it should have ABS, electronic side mirrors and all four power windows. It won't be difficult for Pak suzuki to add all these in 50k.

Still I am not defending Wagon R and suggesting everyone to have it, I am sharing my experience of decision making and going for Wagon R. It is giving me 15-16 km/l with 60 AC all the time in Karachi city traffic and that is average, approx 3800 km on odo, still to have it first oil change. If I opted for Vitz 2008-09 (same budget car), it would best give me 10-11 km/l, now my running is 1500 km per month.

    Vitz fuel cost @ 10km/l
    (1500 * 12)/10 * 108.3 = Rs. 194940/-

    Wagon R cost @15km/l
    (1500 * 12)/15 * 108.3 = Rs. 129960/-

    Cost Diff = 194940 - 129960 = Rs. 64980/anum

Now people here say that Vitz give 12 km/l, may be it gives this mileage but that would be best not average, If I choose best figure for Wagon R in city I would have calculated mileage with 17 km/l.

The only car in Pakistan with one of the newer engine lineup suzuki is offering in the region....plus it is new and ideal for people who save bit by bit to buy a car by giving them a peace of mind with warranty and a new ride rather than going n getting their hard earned money ripped off by looters and liar who call themselves "dealers" and "importers".....
Whenever a bird shits on my car, I eat a plate of scrambled eggs on my front porch just to let them know what I'm capable of...
