Alto for Sure
. i have one and have also driven cuore. Though i agree that cuore has an edge over alto in DRIVE because of its light steering and excellent gear shifting but alto has a better shape, more roomy, better interior, comparitively more comfortable/less bumpy(suspension wise).
Regarding your long term concern i think both cars will be visiting a mechanic's garage within 6 years or so (may be within 5 years in my point of view but i give both the cars the benefit of doubt). Regarding this i would say that just keep in mind that in Rs15000 only one can overall a mehran's engine. This gives you an idea how cheap is to maintain a suzuki.
REST IS YOUR CHOICE.
PS: This paki shape of cuore was first introduced as Diahatsu Domino in 1985 and discontinued in 1990. Though the shape of paki alto is also obsolete but it was discontinued in 2004. So alto has a much more up to date shape.
