That is pretty darn weird and evidently, efficiency isn't really high on the priority list for many south Asian builders/ civic authorities who often push ramp design to the limit (not in a good way), to get maximum revenue by way of increased parking slot numbers. They could easily have provided a 'scissor ramp' arrangement by getting rid of two or more parking bays.
@ Qwertypoiu: does it have a PMS (parking management system), or does one have to drive around the lot to find a spot?
