@Stingray
There was no electronic stability device present on Michal's Bennetton B194 and neither there was any stability device for any other team including Senna's Williams FW16.
It is rather opposite of what you have said at the start of the season FIA have banned all electronic support devices including active suspension and stability control devices. Senna was one of the most vocal driver who has opposed FIA's decision by saying that it will put the life of F1 drivers in danger.
The most advance car of that era was Williams FW14B and FW15 which were been driven by Nigel Mansell and Alain Prost for their respective titles in 92' and 93' respectively. These cars have all sort of electronic devices that are now a fantasy even in the current F1.
Bennetton were accused of having Launch control but they had said that it has never been used through out the season. Launch control have quite a bit of different sound then a normal start and could be heared from the onboard camera of any car if they have that at the start.

I am sure you have seen the video of restart lap of Imola 94', Senna's car have bottomed out on entering Tamburello and creating sparks, the reason was there was bump in that part of the track, Senna knows he has makes a mistake next time tries to avoid it by taking it between his left front tyre and nose section but a slight misjudgement results in the tyre hitting the bump causing a slight deviation in the steering when Senna tries to correct that but the steering column broke making Senna a passenger moving straight towards the wall.
It is also amazing he has not died because of crashing into the wall but rather because of suspension mounting richoceting back and going through his visor and puncturing his skull kills him.
@KamranAslam
Senna have his fair share of cheating too, like taking out Prost at the first corner of Suzuka 90' and winning the championship, or making a dive bombing overtaking move leaving no room for other driver to avoid crashing him. Even he has punched Eddie Irvine after Suzuka 93' where Eddie does not allow him to lap him easily and for that he was handed a 3 race ban which then been changed to a suspended ban. If that ban was remain intact he would not be allowed to race in the first 3 races of 94' which means there may be no Imola and he may have survived but his death was waiting for him and no one can stop that.
The only reason I think Michal is been more criticised is because he is alive while Senna is dead otherwise they both have done their fair share of stupidity throughout their careers.
@All
I am a fan of both of these drivers Senna and Michal and they both were great drivers of their respected eras. The only thing that I miss is a title fight between Senna and Michal which could be one of the most amazing title fights ever.
