the process is pretty straight forward and simple to understand. all one needs to do is take the invoice and the bike with the new engine installed to your local registration office, once there they will note down the numbers on the engine and register them on the papers. there is a certain fee one has to pay to register the engine number but it is not alot either, approx 600rs last it was when i registered one of my engines.

piston size is .50mm. original sleeved cylinder. my asking price includes the new parts I had to put in to make the engine run as good as it does now.

p.s. fyvki this is the same engine I had on the red bike, a rxz and not a rx-k engine. only difference were model years the engines were produced, the other one was from a 1999 rxz whereas this is from a 1998 rxz. :-)

Thanks for the kind words Ali bhai. yes this engine did go through a rebuild by yours truly, the piston skirts of this engine were scored leading to most of the compression/power being lost, piston failure is something 2 strokes are renowned for, if a 4 stroke piston lasts 50,000 miles a 2 stroke piston would barely last 10,000 of those miles, understandable since a 2 stroke piston goes through almost 2 times more combustion stress than a 4 stroke because of the way the 2 stroke engine is designed. apart from that the friction, pressure plates and springs were replaced as a set to make up for the more new power the new piston was going to produce.

    JazakAllah
