Your best bet is to contact @7thgear at PWs.. he has a Suzuki GS500.. ask if he can guide you how can u get one, will cost you about 2-2.5 lacs depending on the condition, and milage would be around 20-25 kmpl.

Suzuki GSX750F, also known as Suzuki Katana has been on the roads since late 80s and has been quite famous, yet people have had negative views about this bike too, possibly because no matter how good it might be you still cannot compare it to pure sporties like GSXR and some even consider Honda 600F4i to be a much better bike. Katana comes with an air/oil cooled engine and newer models are far better than older models.

As far as buying the bike you mentioned is concerned, there must be some reason why it has been standing idle for a whole decade, some of the mechanics here also do not approve of this bike for unknown reasons, but I cannot second their views nor can I negate them, anyone who has himself owned a similar bike can give you a better opinion. But I have seen them on roads and the sound so awesome..

Availability of parts can be a problem for old models but then you can find them if you keep searching from Lahore or Karachi. Sometimes swapping the engine can also be done but that's another story..

    Seller is my friend ....
Bike is standing because he do not drive it anymore after restrictions from Dad

Bro is it got a 4 cylinder engine or 2 cylinder and whats the difference ? Also what would be the estimated price ? Does it sounds like a pure heavy bike and run fasttt ? I mean can it even competes with Yamaha R6 in sound and speed ?

Do you recommend it in Low budget heavy bike ? What are demerits you listen about particular bike ? And air/oil cooled systam is any good ? Any heat up issues ???

Also what are necessary things to check before buying a heavy bike ? and bro difference between GSXF and GSXR?

P.s Sorry for too many questions

GSXR is pure sport bike while this one is not that fast even though it is also a 4 cylinder bike.

Air/oil cooled bikes can get more hot compared to liquid cooled bikes but this varies engine to engine, My GS is oil cooled but gets less hotter than my liquid cooled ex-FZR. I am not sure of GSXF price, someone else may help you on a definite price.

GSXF will be cheaper than a GSXR, but less in over all performance. however, I hope that you are not planning races Katana will be still much faster than you will be imagining and if this is your first big bike then you will need some time to learn to control it fully and ride with full confidence. Looks and performance wise it cannot beat R6 or GSXR but it is a class of its own.
