Good Luck with your project, sir.
By the way, I've a 2001 model year 2-Stroke Yamaha DX Super 90cc up for sale.
Here's a link to its snap shot:
    http://i.imgur.com/ZFcgun9.jpg
Its got only 27,000+km on the ODO. Speedo Meter, indicators, head/tail light, engine etc EVERY THING is GENUINE & ORIGINAL. ZERO aftermarket stuff, 100% stock. It returns 37km/l which is fairly impressive for a 2 Stroke... Acceleration is pretty brisk as you can expect from a 2 stroke. Top speed is right around 80-90km/h although I've never taken her beyond 60km/h 99% of the time (I'm a cautious rider!!! Or maybe a coward in other words!!!) so I'm not exactly sure.
It could be a great project bike...
Feel free to quote if interested. I shall provide my personal cell# later...
    Thanks for reading.

Cafe racer is really hard to get right. There is soo little stuff on it and everything is so exposed that if anything is misaligned or out of proportion will be prominent on these bikes.

I would personally prefer the CG tank as its longer than the stock. If you look at any good looking cafe racer under 250cc category you will usually find them with a stretched fuel tank.
