Other members can suggest better but in my opinion, it's OK if you do the following way.

Leave home and drive 30 kilometers than take a tea break of 20 to 30 minutes.

Afterwards, continue your journey towards Rawalpindi i.e. another 30 kilometers.

Reach destination and give your ride a bit of rest.

I think, this will do, note that babysitting a new bike a never a good idea. Keep the engine revs variable.

You need to rev your engine at variable RPMS, avoid sudden acceleration, don't be tempted to ride fast. Maintain an average speed of 40 to 50 km/h. This is what I did with my GD following its owner's manual.

Moreover, it's written there that we need to avoid letting the engine get too hot, i.e. avoid long trips without intervals. So as mahrumer suggested, give engine some time to cool down a bit in between your journey. I say a single stretch of 15 - 17 km is a good interval to let the engine have some rest. So your Pindi journey does not seem to be the right thing to do at the moment as you can't make so many stops on a trip which you can otherwise do in about 45 minutes (riding at safe speed) on YBR after break-in period.

The best thing to do would be to read its owner's manual and follow it religiously.

The whole idea of break-in period is to give a nice and even wear tear to the cylinder.

    Good luck and happy riding!

Bro this isnt some old bike which you need to take care of like a baby. This is a modern engine designed with great accuracy so the piston should already be perfectly set-in. You can go up to 60-70km/h with no issues. If you break the engine in.treating it like a baby, it will never perform its best. So variate the rpms (up till 6k) and use engine braking as well. No need to take breaks or anything

There is never a more important period in the life of your bike's engine than the period between 0 and 1000 km.
For this reason, you should read the following material carefully. Since the engine is brand new, do not put an excessive load on it for the first 1000 km. The various parts in the engine wear and polish themselves to the correct operating clearances. During this period, prolonged full-throttle operation or any condition that might result in engine overheating must be avoided. From 0-500kms avoid prolonged operation above 6000 RPM. After every hour of operation, stop the engine, and then let it cool for five to ten minutes. Vary the engine speed from time to time. Do not operate the engine at one set throttle position and from 500-1000kms avoid prolonged operation above 7500 RPM and rev the engine freely through the gears, but do not use full throttle at any time unless you cross 1000kms.
Dream is not that which you see while sleeping it is something that does not let you sleep.

Finally a motorcycle which targets all age group people, a self start and alloy wheels for old timer like me who hate kick starting and sitting at wheels thru shops and killer looks with performance which young blood needs, hats off to Yamaha for introducing a much needed 125 cc motorcycle with all the goodies.
Op congrats on yr excellent purchase, follow what ammarzahid said on running the bike and don't be afraid to do pillion riding. These new machine are design to take advantage of them from day 1 .
A set of tubless tires would have made these alloy wheels more practical and meaningful.
