Default Islamabad's First Yamaha YBR 125, I think so :)

    Dear All,

just bought the Yamaha YBR 125 today. 2 Pics are Attached.

Request to Senior Members, it my first 5 gear bike and First new bike also. please help me regarding running procedure and to take care of my machine.

i drove almost 9km to my home. The most confusing thing was gear shifting for me before i bought this, but on the way to home i didnt get it wrong at all, it was very easy to pick gear shift pattern. i made a video to with you but its not uploading. but i hope some one else will share it

    Thanks All

^100% agree with you every one was quite happy to pay 70k & over 1 lakh for cg which is complete being
    made here in pakistan

as yamaha have come with such an great bike with very comparative price to its biggest competitor atlas honda
who are selling a crap in 1 lakh 24 every one has started complaining Yamaha ripping our pockets our money

now in last months of this year an normal version yb125z which is still far far better than cg will be released
in almost same price as cg with decent look and latest engine with electric start you will see people start shouting
yamaha is ripping us no disc brake in one lakh 3 thousand its costy it should be 90k

And yeah India is far far ahead from us don't compare Pakistan with India

As to illustrate my point, one thing I would like to correct here is that AHL is still not able to completely manufacture their bikes In-House. Even after 40 years they are still importing some critical engine components.

If some folks are not happy and satisfied with Ybr price, then in my opinion they should get Ahl Deluxe or Gs150 e.g. That might give peace of mind and satisfaction to them no offense to any one.

Congratulations for the new ride...Ride safe and healthy By the way you should follow the Instruction Manual of the Bike. Go through it. Do not go beyond 40-50kmph.

Bro till now I am very happy customer, first of all it's a great machine to ride on. The road grip and comfort is awesome. It's double my weight but haven't get any problem to handle it on road. Just completing it's running rite now. Bcuz of my tough job schedule, I can only drive 22km a day. But I will do the magic and it will bring the revolution in motorcycle industry in Pakistan. Enough for Honda Suzuki old designs

Please let me know when they start manufacturing bearings.... And how low do you think the steel prices are in India compared to Pakistan??

as per that article it is not difficult to make/indignise that part .. but its expensive to establish industry for that .. and its very cheap to buy from already established players.. bearings are made in pakistan .. who knows ahl might be sourcing from local manafacturers..

Who told you that bearings are manufactured in Pakistan. Please do some research and then come back. India is a country who is giving a brand new 4-wheeler to their awam for Rs. 150,000/-. An idea which all of the leading automotive manufacturers in the WORLD thought was impossible.

IMHO, cheap manufacturing is not Goal in this case
if we import parts for automobile from India or China, they will price half with good quality
but we encourage the players to establish facility here, so that technology may be transferred and people may get jobs
cost per unit will be reduced, if manufactured in large quantities ...
