Malik Sir you have an very valid point i don't have much knowledge about off road motorcycles
But what i have also seen in my life in off road motorcycle mostly mostly they are with the spokes
even those one's which we see in competitions are with the spokes which are full off road machines
Alloys in off road motorcycle is definitely weird
Yes Malik Sb. It's a valid point. In my opinion; there should be no Alloy wheels for an off road machine as the alloy rim may crack in a big bump and the purpose of off roading will go away. In Pakistan we have seen motorcycles like Ravi Piaggio, Suzuki GS-150 which boys use for off roading are with spokes and so YAMAHA G should also be with Spokes only then it could fulfill the desired purpose of it.
IMO Yamaha is offering bike which is a light offroader not for jumping and extreme offroading but still spokes are the preference...
If I buy this model I will swap alloys with someone's gs150 wheels 😊
It will be very cool business atlas & suzuki users will be ready to pay good amount
for brand new alloys of ybr-g
This is a mild off-roader, and by no means a hardcore machine. It would handle broken and gravel roads a bit better than the vanilla version, I won't expect much more than that. So in this case, I guess alloy rims would also do, it's suspension has to be the limiting factor.
“Have you ever noticed? Anybody going slower than you is an idiot, and anyone going faster than you is a maniac”
gorkan but still bro with spoke it was better off road looks good in spokes
and this would have reduced price of it also a bit lesser than ybr sport or vanilla version
I can pay 20,000 extra for this model if Yamaha fits a monoshock for me...
Kya YBR-G market mein aa gaya hai?

I saw 2 ybr last week in deosai planes.
Yes, Motocross bikes, or even 'milder' trail bikes NEVER comes with alloys! Sure alloys are lighter, can use tube-less tires and are just a lot easier to clean. But the reason off-road bikes never come with alloys is because alloy might crack while taking a jump and aren't 'flexible' at all...
BTW, This off-road version of YBR isn't exactly Motocross stuff! Heck, it's not even Trail stuff! It's like a Scrambler. A Scrambler is basically a road bike in DNA with taller suspension to accomodate greater ground clearance.. Check-out Triumph Bonneville SE and Triumph Scrambler. You'll get my point in no time.
P.S The last bike is just bad azz!
come on guys,,,, earlier you ppl complaining that we dont have alloys in local bikes,,, we want alloys,,, we want alloys........ and now when companies ARE giving alloys, u ppl are complaining why are there alloys in this bike.....
