My bike has a problem of the tank. INITIALLy i went to khurram motors from where the bike was purchased. Its almost two weeks back. They ensured me that the tank will be replaced within two days and they told me to claim this at sharif autos. I went to them them the same day and entered the claim and got the claim no.
Now it has been more than two weeks and all they were doing is to delay it without any positive response.whenever i call them i get this same answer (saab je do din baad ajai gi do din baad pta kren).
This is not what i call customer Care
Yamaha has to improve thiss!!
This is the defect.
At last i hope that my tank will be changed soon. This is the only thing i can do
