Honda Fit Hybrid is the hybrid version of popular Honda Fit car that is also known as Honda Jazz around the world. Honda Fit is a front wheel drive four-door subcompact car and it shares the same platform with Airwave, City and couple of other Honda cars. Honda launched the Fit back in 2001 and the car is currently in its third generation which was launched in 2013. The hybrid version of the car was launched in 2010 in Japan. Since Fit Hybrid is not a local car, most of them are imported for Japan and some from UK under the Jazz name. The 3rd generation Fit Hybrid has been gaining much success lately.
Honda Fit Hybrid offers diverse variants for performance. The engines range from 1.2 liter engine to 1.5 liter engine. The 1200 cc engine is the single overhead cam engine and 1500 cc engine is available in both petrol and diesel variants. 1.2 liters engine makes 89 hp whereas 1.5 liters petrol engine makes 220 horsepower. Since it’s a hybrid, the car is known for its excellent fuel efficiency.
The average price of a Honda Fit hybrid 2013 is PKR 1.9 million. The price of imported 2013 Fit Hybrid depends on the variant. Since these cars are imported, msrp of new car is unknown.

The closest competitor of Honda Fit Hybrid in our market is Toyota Vitz. But Vitz is not available in hybrid option whereas Fit comes with hybrid technology. Fit Hybrid is famous for its interior space despite its otherwise regular compact outer shell. The car’s cabin space can compete with larger cars. The interior itself is very modern and the dashboard is placed high to give semi-SUV type of feel.
Although fit is new to market, but it has been lately getting some major traction. The car still does not enjoy high rate of resale value. 1.2-liter Fit Hybrid is usually more in demand than the 1.5-liter version.
