Atlas Honda Prices Increased Up to Rs. 6,000
In a development that’s likely to hit the pockets of millions of Pakistani commuters, Atlas Honda Limited — the nation’s leading motorcycle manufacturer — has officially increased prices across its entire range by Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 6,000 per unit, effective July 1, 2025. The decision follows the federal government’s introduction of a 1% Carbon Levy on imported motorcycle engines as part of the FY25-26 budget.
The new Carbon Levy is aimed at promoting environmental responsibility, but for now, it’s adding pressure to a market already grappling with economic uncertainty

Atlas Honda holds over a major portion of Pakistan’s motorcycle market, meaning any price revision from the company sends ripple effects across the industry. For many working-class Pakistanis, motorcycles aren’t a luxury — they’re a necessity. With inflation already squeezing household budgets, the hike will only deepen affordability concerns.
Even modest price hikes on budget models like the CD 70 can have a disproportionate effect on low-income consumers who rely on installment plans or informal financing options to make purchases.
