Is MG Finally Launching MG 3 in Pakistan?

MG Pakistan’s poster boy Javed Afridi is back with another teaser video of MG car. Sharing a video, Afridi has asked his followers to “guess the MG model and price for Pakistan.” Now guessing the car is not hard because it is a hatchback, and it shows its badge of MG 3. The black-colored unit can be seen running on a road while showing both exterior and interior. Here is the tweet:

And this is not the first time Afridi has teased MG 3. If you remember, back in February 2021, he asked the same question from the car lovers asking them to “suggest the car price.” He even tweeted hinting that MG 3’s price could be under Rs. 2 million in Pakistan, which excited many people.

However, there has been complete silence from both Afridi and MG Pakistan over it. There was no update on its import or local assembly, and it was even reported that MG 3 is not in the near-future lineup of MG Pakistan. So, it seems the latest one is just another teaser by Afridi as he has given several before.

We don’t think the car will arrive in Pakistan anytime soon because the company has not made any official announcement. One thing more, the car in the video is a pre-facelift of MG 3 as MG has introduced a facelift of this hatchback in the global market. So, another aspect of not becoming excited about this car.
