Pak Suzuki Set to Roll Out Its First CKD SUV Next Year

In April of this year, we announced that Pakistan Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) was preparing to introduce a compact SUV to the local market within the next two years. Now, there’s another significant update. According to our sources, PSMC plans to introduce the Suzuki Fronx, a stylish compact SUV, in the first quarter of next year.

According to industry insiders, the Fronx will be locally assembled in Pakistan, which should make it relatively competitive in pricing. The expected price range is said to be between Rs. 6 to 7 million.

While the company has not yet disclosed the official features and specifications for the local variant, we have compiled details from the international version to give you a clue of what could be offered in the upcoming Pakistani model.

What This Means for Pakistan

If launched as expected in Q1 2026, the Suzuki Fronx will mark PSMC’s entry into the highly competitive compact SUV segment. With a price tag of PKR 6–7 million and local assembly, the Fronx is expected to take on rivals like the Kia Stonic, Peugeot 2008, and MG ZS.

For now, PSMC has kept official details under wraps. However, if the local variant reflects even a fraction of the international features, Pakistani buyers can look forward to a stylish, modern, and practical new option in the SUV market.
