Hyundai Elantra Has Been Officially LAUNCHED!

Hyundai Nishat Motors has finally unveiled the much-awaited sedan, the Hyundai Elantra. The company hosted an online launch event by going live on the Facebook page of Hyundai Pakistan. Elantra is Hyundai’s second car in Pakistan, after Hyundai Tucson. 

Hyundai Pakistan has launched the 6th generation of Elantra in one variant, GLS .  The company will hopefully introduce more variants in the future.

Competition of Hyundai Elantra

Elantra is Hyundai’s first-ever sedan in Pakistan. The car is here to compete with the decades-old sedans, Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic, and the newly launched Changan Alsvin. 

Official Price

The company has added the price tag of 4,049,000 rupees on its first sedan car, which is almost the same as its direct competitors, Corolla and Civic, but almost double the price of Alsvin. Bookings for Elantra open tomorrow, the 22nd of March.

Elantra is definitely a great addition to the sedan segment of the Pakistani auto market and a worthy opponent to the existing sedans, Corolla and Civic. But will Hyundai’s sedan be able to turn as many heads as Changan’s Alsvin? Guess we’ll have to wait and watch.
