PAMA – Car Sales Increased By 47% Last Month
Motorcycles & Three-Wheelers
The sale of local motorcycles and three-wheelers decreased by 9% last month, reaching 138,509 vehicles compared to 152,254 in May. Year-on-year, sales surged by 32%, up from 89,895 units sold in June 2024.
Atlas Honda, recorded month-on-month decrease of 11%, selling 115.286 units in last month compared to 130,240 units in May’ 25.
Meanwhile, Pak Suzuki sales dropped by 7%. The company sold 2,665 bikes in June 2025, up from 2,854 units in April.
Yamaha Pakistan sold 554 bikes last month compared to 597 units in May 2025. Similarly, United Auto Motorcycle managed to sell 13,608 bikes last month against 13,525 in this May.
Trucks & Buses
Sales of trucks and buses have been increased by 21% last month selling 737 units last month compared to 610 in May 2025.
Company-Wise Sales Breakdown
- Toyota Pakistan’s sales dropped by 24%, selling 3,687 units last month compared to 4,829 vehicles in this May’ 25.
- Pak Suzuki Motors Company(PSMC) sales saw massive jump of 139%, selling 13,217 vehicles in this June against 5,519 cars in May 2025.
- However, Honda Atlas, saw a decrease of 10%, selling 1,808 units last month compared to 2,005 units in May 25.
- Hyundai Nishat sales go up 11%, selling 1,457 units last month compared to 1,307 units in May 25.
- Moreover, Sazgar Engineering (SAZEW) sales surged by considerable 47%, selling 1,349 vehicles last month against 919 this May.
It is worth mentioning that sales numbers for Kia Lucky Motors, Master Changan Motors, Regal Motors, MG Motors, and Al-Haj Proton are not included in the report as they are not PAMA members.
Car-Wise Sales Breakdown
Pakistan Suzuki Motor Company (PSMC) sold 9,497 units of Alto, 523 units of Suzuki Cultus, 153 units of Suzuki Wagon R, 1,784 units of Suzuki Swift, 579 units of Suzuki Ravi and 681 units of Every.
Toyota Indus sold 2,902 units of Corolla, Yaris, and Corolla Cross and 785 units of Fortuner and IMVs.
Honda Atlas sold 1,710 units of City and Civic, and 98 units of BR-V and HR-V.
Hyundai Nishat sold 275 units of Elantra, 100 units of Sonata, 302 units of Porter, 664 units of Tucson and 136 units of Santa Fe. Similarly, Sazgar Engineering sold 1,337 and 12 units of Haval series and BAIC, respectively.
