    Default Pak suzuki alto AC

    Dear Pakwheelers,

    How i clean the inner unit of alto AC. Its 2009 model. Its colling has become decreased but blow of air is ok. Its only driven 10,000km. I already service its front condensor. Is this some AC filter issue and Is waranty also covers such issue.

    1. Check your cars ac gas and any leaks.
    2. Always use blinds for better results.
    3. Dont compare your ac with other cars even dont compare with cultus or coure bcoz they had separate fans for condenser and alto has just 1 fan for cooling and for AC.

    @OP
    Check the AC gas, If it needs refilling then get it done.
    Check for any leakage.
    Since its a 2009 model and you already had your condensor serviced so I dont think it needs any service for the time being.

    Inner unit consists of just the blower and the evaporator box which can be serviced.
    All the other components which mainly need service are in the engine bay.

    the problem with the alto is that the fresh air vent door has a foam on it that is supposed to be stuck with glue to the door - the problem is that Suzuki are so broke poor that they cant afford to put glue on the foam. You will need to open up the whole unit inside - remove evaporator - (meaning all refrigerant will be lost) and then remove the whole HVAC unit to get to the control door and glue it properly

    Thats not an issue,
    The 2NZ FE (Petrol) Corolla is also having only one fan.

    exactly right - because the condenser is small but good - just infront of the radiator, hence one cooling fan is enough to suck through it.

    You may want to have your systems pressures checked it may also be a weak expansion valve (weak as in stuck) a properly working expansion valve block will superchill the evaporator while a not so good one will either load the compressor or not cool down the evaporator to freeze temperature
