Don't go for it if you want to keep it for long, unless you have money to burn or technical know how, or both. Its not an issue with Belta; its an issue with grey imports in general. That issue is manufacturer-backed spare parts and maintenance.
Junkyard items don't count; they are in the junkyard for a reason. Junked suspension parts, clutches, belts, and sensors just don't cut it.
As for maintenance, almost no one has factory service manuals for these cars, so they can never receive proper maintenance. IMC mechanics are not trained to work on them, since they don't officially sell them here.
Belta, Platz, and Vitz are some of the most fuel efficient (and ugly) conventional petrol cars on the planet; its a shame that they are not sold officially by IMC.
