As some of u know that I m using Ravi premium r1 as my daily ride.I brought this bike on 25 august 2014 (Brand new) but didn't getting time to make new thread on PW so today I throught to make thread as there is no thread on PW of this bike.OK now some information of this bike below.
1:70cc engine (same as in Ravi humsafer) cylinder size is 78cm as most of China bikes comes with it.
2:Deluxe type looks with front visor headlight.
3:Dual type speedo meter with high beam ignition and battery powered meter lights
4:Higher in length&height than normal 70.
5:Very soft suspensions even works v.well with low weight rider like me.
6:Excellent acceleration and top speed than honda CD 70 and hero RF70.
7:Fuel economy is 68kmpl on economy speeds and 43kmpl at full throttle.
Now some details of the problems I have faced till now.
1:When I brought this bike the rear wheel is not moving freely as some thing is stuck in it so I took it to mechanic and mechanic said that rear wheel is not adjusted properly so he adjusted it properly and lossen the rear breaks a little than the problem went away.But after a few days I found than the problem is because of the broken rear break shoe replaced it with new one and it is working fine till then cost 200rs.
2:From the day one the battery is weak and the horn doesn't sound loudly as it should be the mechanic said that bike jub bike chale ga yo he problem be theek ho Jaye ga as abhi bike naya hai and I said to mechanic for a battery replacement as it never happened with my previous bikes (Honda cd70 and hero rf70) both bikes i brought brand new but he didn't listened and said the same anyways the problem automatically resolved after 1300kms
3: From the day one when I engage 4th gear the netrual gets on the meter but bikes runs fine through anyways I took to electraction and he solved the problem cost100rs.
4:Bike chain is becoming lose after every a week and the axle nut is slipping every time when the mechanic tighten the chain finally got to know that the orignal axle was faulty so replaced with new one costed rs120 with labour
5: original horn died at 7000km replaced with new one costed rs180
6: Replaced front break shoe at 8000km as I did not like the breaking performance from the day one of the original break shoe cost 250rs
7: The bike was making tuk tuk sound with it goes from any bump took it to mechanic and the problem was of front wheel bearing replaced it with new one cost200 rs
8: Recently the Bulb of the meter got fused through not a big deal.
9: Changed the head light bulb to Phillips moto m5 blue vision as not satisfied with stock bulb through the stock bulb is absolutely fine and lying with me
The motorcycle is driven 8749 till today and this is the list of problems I have faced.
Now some about bike maintainance
Using liquimoly formula super 20-50
With change intervals after 1500-2000 km same interval goes for tuning
Lubricate and tighten the chain after 1000km
Bike is waxed regularly after every 1 month
Tires pressure is maintained 25ps(front) and 33ps(rear) company recommended.
