JUST LIKE BRAND NEW.
ive inspected this car my self, its my cousin's best friend's.
driven 8000 km.. eight thousand in words.
I know thats odd for 2004, but its used as a 10th car. ( no meter reversed, guaranteed )
The car is as good as new, everything original. 15" rims, Hids, etc.

personally i think SE Saloon is loads better then ALTIS which has pathetic built quality ( the interior parts start shaking and comming off withn 30,000km )

But the SE saloon has no such problem.

So a fair value would be 1,000,000.......ten lakh rupees ( if its really 8000km driven )

Max 800,000. Even if its in excellent condition, After all its model is 2004, so how can it be of 1,000,000?
U can get a 2006 Altis in Excellent Condition in around 1,000,000. Its an SE Saloon and it is 2004 Model.

Brother, I would advice you that don't pay for this car more than Rs. 800,000 in any case because when you will start using this car after purchase, it's mileage will increase and when you will go to sale this car in future, no one will pay you an exra price.
