What exactly are you aiming for? A spl setup or a sql? None of the subs mentioned here are great with lows. They all are meant more the spl category. Pioneer specifically makes a different range of higher end subs for the lows mostly used in sq setups.
I've owned/heard 3 of the subs from the list and as much as I've moved on from them, I loved the build quality of the 307. However, when I ran "Bass I love you" by Basstronics, non of the pioneer subs handled it really well. I also smoked one of the 307's with that song.
Also note that you won't find the older gen subs new. And even if you find one used, keep in mind that most people run these in a ported untuned boxes. Wear and tear play a factor. Stick to a new unit.
If you want High's and Low's, try grabbing a pair of TypeR's, GTO's, P1224's or even W3V3's. Do remember the cost of a single unit is equivalent to the price of two of those entry level pioneer subs you mentioned.
