any mechanic can install them, buy new OE pads from the dealership
then head for some industrial supply shop and get a tube/tub of silicone grease - (honda showrooms also sell it, its branded as shinetsu silicone grease) - this is used on the caliper sliders
you would also need a little bit of copper antisieze to coat the back of the pads and the pad carrier ears, this will prevent squealing. Do not let your mechanic use regular petroleum grease on the sliders or brake pads unless you want to spend major money after every 2 weeks for the next 2 years.
