@irfan44 My santro 2003 TPS sensor was faulty, the CNG mechanic had asjusted the CNG so did not feel any problem using CNG, but on Petrol the RPM was too high due to TPS problem. then I changed the TPS from Peshawar some 4 months ago, and filled the CNG from Peshawar. I drove the car on Petrol inside the city, when I was on motorway, I switched to CNG at high speed of around 100 KM/h, the car was normal on CNG, suddenly it lost power, I felt like on a 3 cylinder engine, the car didnt crossed 60 KM/h, I switched to Petrol but the same behavior. then stopped the car and unplugged the battery wire for some time, then start the engine on petrol and drove the car on Petrol it was normal again, but whenever I switched to CNG it started problems both on CNG and Petrol. the problem of low speed was not permanent but pulsating, means it will get normal for 1 minute then abnormal for 3 minutes. reached Islamabad, finished CNG, and reset the ECU, have driven the car for 4 months on petrol no problem occurred so far. two days ago filled CNG again from RWP, and the problem again occurred both on petrol and CNG.
Note: before the TPS replacement, the green and red light setting was done according to your thread. after replacement, the light is not changing with throttle automatically, if green it stay green, if red it stays red. what should be the problem.
