This car was listed on ebay and as it turns out I somewhat know the seller (friend of a friend).
This is a non numbers matching car I have made a deal with him to end the auction early and am paying him his asking price, I have yet to take delivery because I am away for work at the moment for another week.
"The car now has a new 350 V8 original 302 long gone. M20 wide ratio 4 speed and 12 bolt open rearend. I have had the entire drive line gone through. The front suspension rebuilt new disc brakes from spindles to booster and master. The quick ratio steering box has been gone through. Car has endura front bumper, all parts come with the car in photos. Car also has factory tilt wheel which is rare. The jack is present as well. The hideaway headlights work well. Electronic conversion so the doors open and close when headlights are turned on and off."
