We have an XLI that we got in Jan 2015 (its a company car). I have no complaints as light are perfectly aligned, no dashboard or rattling noise, no paint issues, nothing. Its very good.
Drive-wise its quite smooth, have a much quieter cabin, looks good, absorbs the little bumps on the road quite well, doesn't hit the car-breakers which abound here. Seats are comfortable and driving positing is good both for ease of driving and particularly from glare at night time traffic. Cabin lights are better than previous model.
I am no racer so never for a second felt it to be underpowered but I guess that depends on driving habits. Have taken it on smooth highways and motorways (both M1 and M2), kashmir (banjosa and toli pir), Shogran, Naran, Lulusar, Pir Sohawa, etc. It climbed easily with 4 adults and a boot full of luggage. You just have to be in the proper gear. Driven it at 150km/hr and no noise or vibration, etc.
Two things I observed, however, were 1. rear visibility is a little poor, and 2. the company fitted headlights are not as bright and blinding as the previous generation. In the interior, the default blue light for radio makes it hard to read so perhaps it should be improved there.
Overall, I would say so far so good.
