helo friends today i restored all the hyudralic system of my car , fixing it after messing with it for last 3 days , that was the last mechnical job in this car , i will say that this hyudralic system has really pushed me to the limits ,
originally my car was installed with a master cylinder / booster of alto 660cc , japanese 660cc alto has a bult in propotional valve and thats the reason why its previous owner has removed the prop valve and instal a "T" (2 way spliter) and a union , any how first of all i have installed a proper prop valve which is suited for my cultus , you can see a label on prop valve saying "DPV217" this is not just a model number or a factory code , infect it determine the power and strength of it , some expert here can put a better light on it , i copy this number from my other cultus and buy 100% same ,
then i rebuilt the master cylinder which was originally of alto 660cc , but it doesnt works after rebuilding , the reason why it wont work is that it has a built in prop valve and i have also installed an external prop valve with it , resulting in a total failure of the system , any how i got that point after wasting 2 days and also lot of my which i spend on the master cylinder , right now that master cylider is perfectelly fit but i cant use it in my car , i guess its now best suited for mehran , will do that experiment on some of my friend's car (if one agree) , but i am sure it will work on mehran and break will be improved.
i buy a master cyliner/booster , its originally of japan assamble cultus , wont have bult in prop valve , fitting is same escept you have to bend some pipes which is not any problem , the difference in this master cylinder and pakassamble cultus master cylinder is that the paksuzuki uses NABCO master cylinder and where as some japan assamble cultus comes with AISIN master cylinder , i guess both works perfect ,
NABCO made from alminum and AISIN made from cast iron , NABCO is expensive in old parts market because it has greater demand where as AISIN is cheap , commonly availabe on almost every shop ,
just to save some bucks i go for AISIN , it cost me just 1100 Rs where as the NABCO costs some where between 2600 to 3200 Rs ,
but the key point is that whether AISIN works or not ?,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,yes it really works , i was really fed up with the old 660cc master cylinder , its peddle stroke was more than 5 inch , originally it must not more than 2 inch , thanks God every thing is now restored in its original form ,
