yesterday i took the the cd player of my car out.... took some picture... so here is everything step by step...
This is the unit which we have to take out....
First of all take out the cigeratte lighter.
firmly hold the gear lever's plate and pull it(gently).....(shown in the pic)
remove the center knob of the cooling/heating controls.....
take out the screw....
remove the ashtray by pressing the palte (shown in the pic)
Pull out the center console gently (see the diagrms in the last for locks)
there will be three grips...
No 1 has the lock on the botoom
N0 2 has the lock on the top
No 3 has the lock on its left side
here is the center console
Now pull from both hands gently (arrows in the pic).... i (see the diagrms in the last for locks)
there are four bolts holding the cd player , yu need a rechet with an extension to rach there (see the diagrms in the last for locks)
my unorganized portable tool kit.. most of the time its in my car.....
it will be helpfull if you insert a piece of solution tape in the socket... this will hold the bold.....

after removing the bolts lift the cd compartment and pull it out....
remove the grip and the radio cable from the player and ther eyou go....
there are three screws on each side holding the player....(circled in red..) but you will have to remove the one circled in blue to take the player out....(see the diagrms in the last for locks)
ther you go...
to install it back do all the steps in the reverse order.........
diagram in the lsat will be helpful to figure out the grips, claws, clips....
