185/60 R15 Yokohama A Drive.
Brother I do not know what kind of suspension work your mechanic will do and what parts will he use.
Let me assure you that the genuine front springs (Thailand) ones can be only bought from Honda Dealership and they alone cost 16,000 you can buy from kabar for 2,000 rs or local springs but they will not last more than a year. My 2005 genuine springs worked for 195,000 km. Rear ones cost 8,000.
The front shocks cost 22,000 OEM and 20,000 KYB (both gas shocks), rear ones 10,000 KYB and 12,000 OEM (Thailand), ball joints cost 4,500 /pair (Thailand) and 2,400 (China) Front Axle cost 8,500 (Thailand) and 4,500 (China). OEM (Thailand) bushing cost 800/piece.
After suspension work brake pads will cost you 8,500 front and 6,500 rear Nissin ones.
What a pity that the genius who previously owned the car had also swapped the Enkei OEM alloy rims you can order them for 24K from dealership or find them in Kabar.
New Paint (Bake or Simple?)(Also suggest some good bake painter in lahore and what will be its cost?)
Bake paint will cost you 80K with Sieken Y2K paint, dont go for bake paint with rose mist color.
Simple shower with sieken color will cost you 28K.
Last time I checked Honda Fort people are the best painters in LHR but they will charge you roughly 15K/side.
Another option is to touchup the scratches and apply simple compound / rubbing polish.
You can also do a teflon coat for shine and protection.
New Front and Back Bumpers along with Grill
Front grill 2,000 rupees Front bumper genuine 7,500, Thailand 6,000, China 4,800.
Rear bumper genuine 7,000 China 4,400.
New Head and Tail Lights (Where I can find the projectors one's?)
Front headlight pair genuine (Stanley) 9,500, DEPO (8,000) Rear Thailand (non crystal) 4,000.
Depo ES foglight (Thailand) 7,500, DLAA (china) 3,000.
New Wheels (Alloys and Tyres)
Yokohama A drive 15' will cost u 28K / 4 tyres.
Lowering Springs (Which brand? Price? and Place?)
Bilstein coilovers will cost you 28K / pair other than that the only things available are from kabar.
At last do not take it personally but I also have same kind of car 2002 VTi Prosmatec stock engine but the difference was that I bought the car for 570,000 so I have a 200,000 provision to maintain it.
After that thoroughly check the radiator for rust and throttle body for service. [TABLE="width: 426"]

Check all fluids engine oil, gear oil, power steering oil, brake oil and coolant (if any).
Check engine and transmission mounts.
Check exhaust for leakage.
Check spark plugs and coils and IAC sensor.
Please dont try to lower the car or make it sports as Hash4U said just try to maintain it in its original / stock shape.
Whatever D17 engine the previous owner have swapped let me assure you that it cannot keep up with any genuine D15Y3 with full compression or even a petrol driven Vario. I have a 2006 EXi Prosmatec 48K driven on petrol and when locked in 2nd gear it reaches 105km/hr before the rev limiter cuts in that is the power of simple stock engine which produces real 110 PS only.
Also check the power steering pump and rack for leakage and play. New pump costs 35K and steering rack another 40K. Also change the transmission filter since the previous owner had definitely not changed it the whole transmission is required to dismount for that and only honda dealership can do that.
I can also help if u need anything from JDM exhaust with CAT converter to JDM ECU and Throttle body I have changed it all namely the starter / coils, brake boosters, resonance box, flange rings /pistons, main bearing you can name it.
