So today I took Suzuki cultus to Central Motors. Their (Forman) Head Mechanic did test drive and concluded its not Clutch. It's carbourator and timing needs to be adjusted. So carbourator was opened and found out to be a bit rusty and pieces of Mud. The mechanic advised me to get its Fuel tank checked as he assumed its full of mud. So first carbourator was washed with patrol and NASA sprayed. Timing adjusted with gun.
Then inspected fuel filter it was Gary and had some brown thingy which I assume is mud and tank was Rusty too. So I decided to take fuel tank out. Their head Electrican and mechanics opened fuel tank and took petrol out for inspection. I was shocked how much dirty it was. I took some pictures of dirt which came out. I later decided to change fuel tank with fuel filter as old one will again throw mud in carbourator and the circle will go on.
Knocking issue resolved and pick have increased considerably. Now I have been adviced to change a small pipe which connects fuel tank and comes out where we refill the fuel don't know what is it called as its seal was finished. Total cost 7500Rs which includes.
Carbourator Serviced + Tuning + Fuel Tank (New) + Fuel filter (New)+ Wheel Balancing + Brake Serviced.
Now I need to change its engine oil back to company recomended 10w 40 currently using 20w 40.
One last thing I was told that Slow moving switch's wire is in pretty bad condition and I should get it changed. Where would I get it from and how much if anyone knows about that.
