r they really out on duty or its just publicity of different Police departments.
I think Pakistani Police should also upgrade their vehicles as the vtis or gli or ses are not capable of chasing the latest car which are now very very common on the roads of Pakistan. like I went to lahore few days back n for an hour of driving on lahore roads i saw many many sports and exotic cars, i also saw many racing freaks and on the other hand police were patrolling in Santros.

I think that we're not doing justice to our police,
despite their pros and cons, their vehicles are not all that bad, specially the newer Madadgar and Boat Basin / Clifton / Shahra e Faisal Patrol vehicles
The attached pics are mostly off the internet, unfortunately i haven't got my own collection in which I have spotted Corollas, the new hilux, prados, landcruisers and some mercs used by Karachi police and also some civics used by Islamabad police

Yes Usman is right,
its a Jag XJS / XJ6 probably around 1987 and its a european model (not UK due to LHD) as the American one came with two round lights per light unit.
