Beware of this Car for sale. It seems a fraud

Hi folks!

I have been exploring to buy a new japanese automatic and fuel efficient car and came across this ad below. I visited to see the car and really liked it. But there are few fishy things I would like to mention for benefit of others. I am at least staying away from it, and anyone who is interested in this car should thoroughly examine authenticity of its docs etc. Below I mention my points why I find this car fishy.

1. This guy does not let you talk to the actual owner of this car. He says his friend has imported it and parked at his premises as he doesn't have space at his place. Ok he has parked at his friend's premises, but where is the owner and why doesn't he talk to the purchaser? So no face of owner in front.

2. This guy doesn't have the docs. He says the owner has the docs, and when you say ok let me speak to the owner, he says he has left it on me and I will sale it but I don't have the docs right now. So no docs to be seen.

3. I asked him for the auction sheet. He says the owner has informed him there is no auction sheet as the car was not purchased from auction. This can be true, but I have heard all cars being exported from Japan do have this auction sheet so the buyer knows of any defects. So no auction sheet available.

My point is, if the car is purchased and later on you want to go back to the purchaser for any reason, the owner will not be there, as you have never met him. And this guy will say I don't know it was not my car, it was my friend's car even though he is the front man.

So guys, please beware. I have stepped back on this.

may be he islooking for his commission. like the seller wants to sale in 800k and he is demanding 900k by his own with a profit of 100k

how can you judge a original auction sheet?

if he gives you car you will sign a paper n give to him , saying that you have check the car & paper up to your satisfaction level, and you will never be able to claim him.

so u don need the owner sitting in front of you,

his point can be, IF YOU GET SATIFIED WITH CAR, YOU CAN BUY OTHERWISE GO & CHECK OTHER CAR.

be careful with such people because I recently heard a person bought a car with the same story and the middle man ran away with the cash and the owner didn't knew that his car got sold, the buyer bought the car in a hurry because he got her in real cheap, all the papers were complete and now the car is at the police station and the middle person is gone.
